Everyday we receive many emails asking almost the same questions. Actually, there is a page about help and troubleshooting CCAutoSoft in our website. The page is here: Help & Troubleshooting

We rarely receive any problem regarding the client software, CCAutoClient. Most of the problem is about CCAutoServer. The top question we received is “What is the login and the password” question.

Although, there are many parts in our website already mention about this, here, we write it again: the username is ‘Admin’ and the password is ‘admin’

Another question we most received was, “You are not authorized, although using admin account“. Please check again the username was used. The login ‘Admin’ is suppose to use a capital ‘A’. Not ‘admin’ but ‘Admin’. Of course without quotes.
